What if I don't like my assigned VA?

No problem. You approve your VA's profile before work begins. If at any point the fit isn't right — personality, skill level, communication style — we find a replacement at zero cost to you. This has only been needed a handful of times, but the option is always there.
What time zone does my VA work in?

We match time zones to your location wherever possible. For clients in Canada and the US, your VA will overlap with your working hours — typically 8AM–5PM in your time zone. If you have specific availability needs, let us know on the intro call and we'll accommodate.
How do I send tasks? Do I have to use a specific platform?

You can send tasks however works best for you — Slack message, email, a shared Notion doc, or through your existing project management tool. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around. Your VA and CSM will help set up whatever system feels most natural within the first week.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes — always. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice on any plan. If your business has slow seasons or project-based rhythms, just let your CSM know and we'll work around it.
